About Shakespeare Engineering Group

Shakespeare Engineering Components Group is an independent privately owned manufacturing and design company specialising in CNC machining and assembly of electro mechanical components for industry world-wide.

The company has come a long way since its humble beginnings back in 1986, when 21 year old Neil Shakespeare took the decision to setup on his own a small engineering workshop to serve local industry.

Twenty years on and the breadth and scope of disciplines available at the various machining & assembly facilities are such that almost any component can be produced by a Shakespeare Company, ranging from prototypes to high volume production.

Shakespeare's successful growth is greatly attributed to innovative way we approach the manufacture of components and the care and customer focus employed. This together with the exceptional skills needed to maintain absolute accuracy and zero defects, means major customers can confidently utilise our expertise in the production processes.

We currently employ over 100 people spread across 10 sites in UK and Far East.
