Neil Shakespeare, founder of Shakespeare Engineering International. Neil established the business in 1986 and 30 years on he maintains the complete ‘hands on’ approach to all aspects that he has always had. Neil has a keen interest in motorbikes and is a regular out on the roads of Essex.

Andy Mair joined our company in 1999, experienced in Sales and operational Management. He has successfully implemented new businesses within the group, developed techniques with management teams and structural improvements. A pro-active,can do individual, who uses analytical skills and metrics to measure progress, improve performance drive the businesses forward. In his spare time Andy is a keen cyclist.
Matt Foster joined Shakespeare Engineering in 2005. In his spare time, Matt can be found in his garden shed, building and tinkering with parts for his 1940s AEC Matador truck.
Gary Branch is the site manager for Shakespeare Engineering’s GBMF site, overseeing the daily running of the site as well as programming, setting and operating the CNC machines. An avid football fan, Gary has supported his beloved Arsenal for over 35 years. Whilst not watching Arsenal play, Gary can be found in the gym, working out 3-4 times a week.
Linzi Golding joined Shakespeare Engineering in 2008. Beginning her career within logistics Linzi has progressed within the business to general manager of Shakespeare Engineering International (Asia). At the weekends Linzi enjoys keeping fit by running the local roads of Essex.

Dave Fisher has been with Shakespeare Engineering since the start of 2007. He now runs the main machine shop at our head office in South Woodham Ferrers. When not watching Motorsport, Dave can be found in his local, playing pool and partaking in the amber nectar!
Operations Director for the Fast-track facility
Stuart Tyler joined Shakespeare Engineering following a life-long and successful career working with Engineering companies in Europe, The Far East, USA, in addition to here in the UK bringing a wealth of experience with him. Stuart always likes to be busy, so when away from Shakespeare Engineering, whilst he longer competes in off road motor cycle racing, Stuart’s time is filled by restoring or touring on motorcycles.
Technical Sales Manager
Geoff Dodd joined Shakespeare at the beginning of 2014. In his spare time Geoff does a bit of DIY and is a keen motorcyclist, touring the UK and Europe or just riding for fun. Geoff is also a member of a real ale tasting group at his local pub.
Andy James joined the company at the beginning of 2018. Andy has worked in engineering since he left school and brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge. When he’s not at work he can be found at the gym or out on his bike.
